Jeans in the store never fit me. I have a long body and short legs. My waist to hip ratio is not standard.

This turned out to mean that whatever measurements you gave them they used exactly. Since I gave them precise measurements according to their criteria, the jeans resulting were skin tight. Because I had ordered the guaranteed fit jeans I was able to tweak the measurements and reorder them for free.

The new ones are not perfect but better than anything I had. I wear them all the time and will tweak the measurements again and expect an even better fit next time.
