You need to create the right kind of measurement profile to be applied on the product you are ordering, the best way is to click on "Enter New Measurements" which is on the same row which shows the product on the shopping cart.
Once you create your measurement profile you can apply it on the drop down box on the same shopping cart row where it says "-Choose Measurements-"
