I have purchased a few pairs of custom jeans, both in denim and chino fabric, experimenting with the measurements. Most of them are straightforward, leaving you with decisions about how tight or loose you want the knees/thighs/waist to fit. Calculating the rise is most difficult for me. I was initially trying to get the pants to fit my shape more closely as the crotch of most mass-produced pants was somewhere near my knees. I eventually found a measure that suited me. The only difficulty remaining is varying fabrics' impact on fit. I had a pair of Astro Blue jeans, blast washed with 2% stretch and I liked the fit. When it was time to replace them, however, they were sold out. The nearest version I could find was the Pussy Cat jeans, blast wash with 3% strectch. I used the same size profile, but I notice the new jeans were much snugger than the old ones. Still fit OK, but the unpredictability was disconcerting.

The 2nd time was the charm. I was ordering pants for my grandson. First pair did not fit. I adjusted the measurements and the 2nd pair fit perfect. I was under the impression that if the 1st order did not fit then I would not be charged for a remake. But I had to pay for both pairs. But, now I have the right measurement.

Had a black tie wedding. I had already ordered a suit to be cloned. It was very easy to add the purchase of a shawl-collar tuxedo and instruct those on the other end that the tuxedo was to have the same measurements. It was the work of a moment to communicate this to them by giving them the order number. They then matched my cloned measurements to the tuxedo order. Everything worked out beautifully. It fit like a glove at the wedding! And for about what it would have cost me to rent a tuxedo, I had a bespoke tuxedo that I own! Can't recommend the service highly enough. My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Finding pants that's not "fit below the waist" or "stretch fit" is difficult so this service is great. I'm happy with the fit I'm just not sure if this is 100% cotton. It's a rougher feel almost like the way a sweater feels. So I'm not sure about the material. Other than that I'm happy with it.

The key to a successful order is to be very careful in entering the right measurements. The waist measurement should be exactly where the jeans fit around our waist. In my case, heavier set, this is 48", not my usual 44". The denim is top quality in my opinion. If I re-order, I will ask for more rise up my lower back and I would add inches around the thighs and calf for a looser overall fit.

I'm very happy with my purchase. They used the exact measurements I submitted (should have submitted 1/2 bigger in the waist). The denim (nonstretch) is perfect. They are a nice pair of jeans. I'm very hard to fit and these fit like a glove. Very happy with my purchase. I wish MYOJ made more made to order options for women.

I've seen alot of positive tesimonials but___I am very disappointed with Erica who I have written to many times about a mistake made on my order. She has repaeatedly given me false statements about this. I had made 3 changes to my last order, 2 of them were right but the backrise was very wrong! She simply refuses to take responsibility for it being 1 1/2" longer than what I had ordered. They do not fit well and this goes against the guarantee they promise on their website. I cannot believe how I've been duped and sluffed off by Erica.

Well made. Just wish it had more stretch in the material and a little less cotton so it wouldn't need to be ironed.

The jacket was quite nice. I am working on getting to the measurements that work for me.

Might have been fine if I had received the right size. The pair I received was for someone much smaller than me. Just too frustrated to fight it.

Material and craftsmanship is great. The length was slightly longer than my last pair. So consistency is not 100%.

My waist is between 32-33, I requested 33, they arrived way too tight, can't use, need to toss, will try one more time with larger waist.

Quality is top notch. Some measurement was a tad off around the jacket armpit area. I anticipated it would not be perfection due to initial concerns the team engaged in to resolve around the measurements I submitted. They really go above to communicate in the prep for manufacture stage. I had several back and forth communications with them prior to finalizing the measurements. I've ordered for myself and my husband with them in the past. My husband got his grooms suit and groomsmen got their suits here as well. Perfect fit for everyone without any further communication needed. So when they reached out about this one, I knew something must have been awry with what they were seeing. My husbands old account which has his old measurements was not accessible to me. I went off of my favorite of his suits and did the best I could.

I trust them, I know their quality is great, and if it means we need to see a local tailor for minor adjustments, that's fine.

Otherwise, my husband was a little uncomfortable with how "bright" the suit color was. It is different for him. But it looks really good on him!

I absolutely LOVE these jeans. It's hard to find ultra low rise jeans for men, and these guys will make them. I ordered a pair with a 3 inch front rise. I have to be careful, but they feel great and the fit is amazing. I ordered 3 other pair with different front rises and I wish I would have ordered them all short. I'll definitely be ordering more.

As always very well made, the leather is of good quality (washed and waxed) and my measurements were well realized.

At the shoulder level, the left side of the Jacket is larger than the right side by about 8 mm (measured at the shoulder seams). This happened also to the back side stripes (same 8 mm).
But, leather is good quality (I expected to have a darker black color) and overall, the jacket is OK.

Shorts needed slight adjustment. Customer service made an allowance for being a very long term customer. I ordered 2 more pairs of shorts with different fabric. Results were nearly perfect. Excellent company and products, as they have been for me for years. Will continue to order from them.
